Using this Fender Custom Shop 1961 Jazz Bass Heavy Relic is a breeze. Just tune it up with the vintage - style tuning machines and you're ready to play. For great sound, adjust the concentric volume and tone controls according to your preference. When you're done playing, put it back in the deluxe hardshell case to protect it. As for maintenance, keep the bass in a dry and stable environment to avoid damage to the wood and hardware. Wipe it gently with a soft cloth after each use to keep the finish looking good. Check the strings regularly and replace them when they start to wear out. Make sure to handle the bass with care to keep it in top condition for a long time.
