Product Description

The Player Jazz Bass is a truly inspiring electric guitar. It features dual single - coil pickups that deliver an authentic Fender bass tone. Its powerful, rumbling sound is both punchy and tight, with a growling quality that sparks creative inspiration. The smooth playing feel makes it a joy to play, whether you're in the studio or on stage. This guitar can handle any musical idea you have. Specifications include a Jazz Bass® body shape made of Alder with a Gloss Polyester finish. The neck has a Modern 'C' profile, and the fretboard is Pau Ferro with a 12' (305 mm) radius and 20 Medium Jumbo Frets. It has white dot inlays on the fretboard. The pickups are Player Series Alnico 5 Single - Coil Jazz Bass® at the bridge and middle. The bridge is a 4 - Saddle Standard, and it comes with a 3 - Ply Parchment pickguard. It uses Fender® USA 7250M Nickel Plated Steel strings (.045 - .105 Gauges, PN 0737250406) and Standard Open - Gear tuning machines with a Nickel/Chrome hardware finish.

Using the Fender Player Jazz Bass is a breeze. First, make sure your amplifier is properly set up and turned on. Plug your guitar into the amplifier using a good quality instrument cable. Adjust the volume and tone controls on the guitar to get the sound you like. You can experiment with the two single - coil pickups to create different tones. When you're not playing, always store your guitar in a guitar case to protect it from dust, humidity, and physical damage. Keep it away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight, as these can warp the neck or damage the finish. Regularly clean the strings with a soft cloth to remove dirt and grime. You can also use a guitar polish to keep the body looking shiny. Once in a while, check the tuning machines to make sure they're working smoothly and the strings are properly tightened. If you notice any issues with the frets or the bridge, it's a good idea to take it to a professional guitar technician for servicing.
