Product Description

80/20 Bronze guitar strings offer a bright tone thanks to their 80% copper and 20% tin makeup. Often called “brass” strings, they were first chosen by John D'Addario Sr. and John D'Angelico in the 1930s. Ideal for recording, these strings have a crisp, deep and projecting sound. With less copper and more tin than phosphor bronze, they're loved by traditionalists and vintage fans. Like all D'Addario acoustic strings, they're wound on a hexagonal high - carbon steel core for long - lasting, bright tones and great intonation.

Using these D'Addario 80/20 Bronze acoustic guitar strings is easy. First, loosen the old strings and remove them from your guitar. Then, thread the new strings through the bridge and tuners. Tune the strings to the right pitch. When you're playing, you'll notice their bright and deep tone. To keep them in good condition, wipe the strings with a clean cloth after each use. This helps remove dirt and sweat. Store your guitar in a dry place to prevent the strings from rusting. And if you notice the tone getting dull, it's probably time to change the strings.
