Using your Cort Gold - O8 acoustic guitar is a breeze. Just hold it comfortably on your lap, rest the body against your side, and you're ready to play. To tune the guitar, use the deluxe vintage gold tuning machines. Turn them gently until the strings reach the right pitch. When it comes to cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the body, fretboard, and strings after each use. This helps remove dirt and sweat. Keep your guitar in its case when not in use to protect it from dust and potential damage. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures and humidity, as this can warp the wood. Change the D'Addario® EXP16 Light strings regularly for the best sound quality. About every 3 - 6 months is a good rule of thumb, depending on how often you play.
