Using your Fender CD - 60 is easy. First, take it out of the hardshell case gently. Tune it up using the die - cast tuning machines. When you're ready to play, strum the Fender® Dura - Tone® Coated 80/20 Bronze strings. You can use a pick or your fingers depending on your style. As for maintenance, keep the guitar in a dry place to prevent the wood from warping. Clean the strings after each use with a soft cloth to remove dirt and sweat. Every few months, check the tuning machines and hardware to make sure they're tight. When it comes to storage, always put the guitar back in the hardshell case to protect it from bumps and scratches. And don't leave it in direct sunlight or in a very hot or cold environment for too long, as this can damage the finish and the wood.
