Product Description

The Charvel Pro Mod So Cal guitar is crafted with the player at its heart. Every feature serves a purpose - if it doesn't enhance your playing, it's left out. The alder Strat - styled body is carved to deliver a well - balanced sound. Its double - cutaway body contours make playing extremely comfortable. This guitar comes packed with performance - driven features. It sports a Floyd Rose double - locking tremolo, a super - fast maple neck with a satin finish and a compound radius fretboard. The pair of Seymour Duncan humbucking pickups, an SH6n Distortion in the neck and a TB6 Distortion in the bridge, both with coil splitting, offer a vast range of tones, bringing back the 1980s Southern California Superstrat sound. Using your Charvel Pro Mod So Cal guitar is a breeze. Start by plugging it into your amplifier using a standard instrument cable. Adjust the volume and tone controls on the guitar to get the sound you like. You can also use the coil - splitting feature of the pickups to create different tones. When it comes to playing techniques, the Floyd Rose tremolo allows you to add vibrato and dive - bombs to your solos. Just be careful not to over - use it as it can throw the guitar out of tune. For maintenance, keep your guitar in a case when not in use to protect it from dust and damage. Wipe down the strings after each use with a clean cloth to prevent corrosion. Every few months, you can clean the fretboard with a suitable fretboard cleaner and polish the body with a guitar polish. If you're not sure how to do any of these things, it's best to take your guitar to a professional technician.
