Using your Cort G280 - SELECT - TB electric guitar is a breeze. First, tune it up using the Cort® Staggered Locking tuning machines. Make sure to use the D'Addario® EXL120 strings for the best sound. When you start playing, the Ergo - V neck profile will give you a comfortable grip. You can switch between different sounds using the HSS pickup configurations. For classic sounds, try using the single - coil pickups, and for more powerful tones, switch to the humbucker. When not in use, keep your guitar in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or humidity as this can damage the wood and the electronics. Wipe the strings with a clean cloth after each use to prevent rust. If you need to clean the body, use a soft, dry cloth. Every few months, you may want to take it to a professional guitar technician for a more thorough check - up and maintenance.
