Global guitar maker Cort, in collaboration with Matthew Bellamy, the lead guitarist of the famous rock band Muse, and Manson Guitar Works, is excited to unveil an updated and extended lineup for the award-winning META Series MBM model. The MBM-2 range has revised body contouring, closely resembling Bellamy’s stage guitars, and all design and development work was completed and personally supervised by Manson Guitar Works.
The MBM-2 comes with a new Manson-designed custom neck P-90 pickup option. Other features that made the MBM-1 highly acclaimed remain. It has a sleek maple neck with a satin finish for an ultimate played-in feel, a solid basswood body, a special Manson-designed bridge humbucker, and a kill button. This button lets players create a wide variety of guitar effects without using external effects. The headstock showcases Bellamy’s distinct signature along with the Manson logo.
