The two - piece select alder body has a NOS urethane finish, while the one - piece riftsawn maple neck with a comfortable '63 C' shape offers great stability. The 7.25” - radius fingerboard has 21 medium - vintage frets and a red camera dot inlay at the 15th fret. The hand - wound Custom Shop ‘60s Strat pickups provide authentic Fender tone, connected via Vintage Modified #2 wiring and controlled by cool Leica - style knobs. Other highlights include Summer’s signature on the neck plate, a custom clear pickguard and back plate, an American Vintage synchronized tremolo, a bone nut, and a wing string tree.
