Product Description

The Custom Shop's Limited Edition Tomatillo Tele Custom Relic is a guitar full of unique features. Its hand - wound Tomatillo Tele® pickups offer sweet, spicy tones with lively response. The open - cover neck pickup allows for precise adjustment, and the reverse - angle bridge pickup gives fatter highs and tighter bass. The modified ’51 Nocaster® wiring ensures seamless blending, and it comes with a retrofittable Fat '50s Tele control assembly. The two - piece ash body in Super Faded Aged Lake Placid Blue, finished in Relic flash - coat lacquer and accented with parchment binding, looks great. The AA flame quartersawn maple neck has a 1957 “soft - V” profile and a vintage compound - radius fingerboard with 21 narrow - tall frets. Other features include a reverse Nocaster bridge with RSD compensated brass saddles, a single - ply parchment pickguard, vintage - style tuners, and a bone nut. It also includes a deluxe hardshell case, strap, and certificate of authenticity.

Using this guitar is easy. First, make sure the strings are properly tuned using the vintage - style tuners. Plug it into an amplifier and start playing. You can adjust the sound using the controls on the guitar. For different tones, try playing with the hand - wound pickups. When not in use, keep it in the custom hardshell tweed case to protect it from scratches and dust. Clean the body regularly with a soft cloth. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or humidity, as this can damage the wood and the finish. Also, check the strings periodically and replace them when they start to sound dull or show signs of wear.
