The Vintage Custom '55 Hardtail Strat is a truly rare and captivating electric guitar. It's perfect for players, collectors, and guitar enthusiasts. The two-piece ash body is coated with NOS flash-coat lacquer, while the one-piece rift-sawn maple neck has a 1954 'U' profile, a vintage compound-fingerboard radius (7.25' - 9.5'), and medium vintage 47095 frets. The hand-wound 1955 Strat pickups with 1954 covers are wired to a vintage '55 control assembly and a five-way switch. It also features Closet Classic hardware, a single-ply eggshell pickguard, a vintage-style hardtail bridge with patent pending saddles, vintage-style tuning machines, a bone nut, and a disc string tree. Available in Wide-Fade Two-Color Sunburst and Aged White Blonde finishes, it comes with a deluxe hardshell case, strap, and certificate of authenticity. Specifications include a Stratocaster body shape, 2-piece select ash body material, lacquer body finish, 1954 ā€œUā€ neck profile, 1-piece maple neck fretboard material, 7.25' to 9.5' vintage compound radius fretboard, 25.5' scale length, 21 Jescar Medium Vintage frets, black Micarta dot fretboard inlays, custom shop hand-wound '55 single-coil Strat pickups, 6-saddle hardtail bridge, 1-ply eggshell pickguard, nickel plated steel strings, vintage-style tuning machines, nickel/chrome hardware finish.

Using your Fender Custom Shop Vintage-Style 1955 Hardtail Stratocaster is a breeze. Just plug it into an amplifier and start strumming. The five-way switch allows you to choose different pickup combinations for various tones. When you're done playing, put it back in the deluxe hardshell case to protect it. For maintenance, wipe the guitar down with a soft cloth after each use to remove fingerprints and dust. Check the tuning regularly and adjust the strings as needed. If you notice any issues with the hardware or pickups, it's best to take it to a professional guitar technician. Keep the guitar in a cool, dry place to prevent damage to the wood and electronics.
