Product Description

The first SYSTEM 35 synth modules hit the market in the early '70s and were super pricey. They mostly used discrete transistor designs because op - amps were costly back then. This discrete circuitry gave the modules a unique sound, and artists like Keith Emerson, Stevie Wonder, and Tangerine Dream used them to create some of the greatest records ever. Modular synths were a huge step in electronic music, and now, it's getting even better. This pre - assembled 'System 35' modular synthesizer comes with 25 modules that have a vintage '70s sound. It offers 5 fully - featured voices with 2x 921A Oscillator Driver, 4x 921B VCOs, and 1x 921 VCO. There's a 914 Fixed Filter Bank with 12 active bandpass filters from 125 Hz - 5.6 kHz and LP/HP filters. The 923 Filters modules provide 6 dB low and high pass filters and white/pink noise sources. It also has voltage - controlled high and low pass filters, a module for CV mixing and switching, and more. With a MIDI - to - CV converter, you can control it via MIDI keyboards or DAW. It comes in a Eurorack Go case with a PSU and has expansion space with blank panels.

Using this Behringer System 35 Eurorack Modular Synthesizer is a breeze. First, connect it to a power source using the PSU in the Eurorack Go case. If you want to use a MIDI keyboard or DAW, connect them through the CM1A MIDI - to - CV converter. You can start creating sounds by adjusting the different modules. For example, use the oscillators to generate different tones and the filters to shape the sound. When using the envelope generators, adjust the settings to add expression to your sounds. Remember to handle the modules gently as they are delicate. Keep the synthesizer in a dry and clean place to prevent damage. If you're not using it for a long time, disconnect it from the power source. Regularly check the connections to make sure they are secure. With proper use and care, this synthesizer will serve you well for a long time.
