Product Description

For the experienced player who breaks the norm and expects top - notch performance from a high - end bass, the new Charvel® Pro - Mod San Dimas® Bass PJ V is a perfect choice. It combines modern features with classic Charvel charm. Here are the key specs: Body is in San Dimas® Bass shape, made of Alder with a Gloss finish. The neck has a Speed Neck profile with rolled fingerboard edges. The caramelized maple fretboard has a 12' - 16' compound radius (304.8 mm to 406.4 mm), 34' (86.36 cm) scale length, and 20 jumbo frets with cream dot inlays. It's equipped with DiMarzio® Area J™ DP551 at the bridge and Charvel® 5 - String Split - Coil P in the middle. The Charvel® HiMass™ bridge and nickel - plated steel strings (.045 -.125 gauges) ensure great sound. The Charvel® Open - Gear tuning machines and chrome hardware finish add to its allure.

Using your Charvel Pro - Mod San Dimas PJ IV Bass Guitar is a breeze. First, tune it up using the Charvel® Open - Gear tuning machines. The DiMarzio and Charvel pickups offer different tones, so you can switch between them to get the sound you want. When you're done playing, wipe down the strings with a clean cloth to remove sweat and dirt. Keep the guitar in a cool, dry place to prevent damage to the alder body and maple fretboard. Periodically check the bridge and tuning machines to make sure they're tight. If you notice any issues with the frets or pickups, it's best to take it to a professional guitar technician for repair.
