Product Description

The GB Series bass guitars from Cort are tailored for modern musicians who love the traditional look and feel but desire modern performance enhancements. This Limited Edition GB4 stands at the pinnacle of the GB series. It flaunts a beautifully patterned Ziricote top, offering a luxurious and contemporary aesthetic. Paired with a Swamp Ash body, a bolted Canadian hard Maple neck, and a curly Maple fretboard, it strikes a perfect balance between traditional and modern in both looks and sound. The GB4 LTD is equipped with Seymour Duncan SJB3N and SMB4D pickups, wired to JAZZ DLX Electronics. It features controls for volume, balance, and a 3 - band equalizer. There's also a 3 - step mid - frequency switch to diversify your sound options. A handy feature is the locking jack. If your cable gets accidentally pulled or stepped on, it holds the cable in place. Just push the red release button to unplug. Using your Cort Limited Edition GB4 - LTD18 bass guitar is a breeze. First, plug your cable into the locking jack. Just make sure to push it in firmly until it clicks to engage the locking mechanism. If you need to unplug, simply press the red release button. When it comes to tuning, use the Hipshot Ultralite tuners. Turn them slowly to adjust the pitch of each string. You can use a tuner app on your phone or a physical tuner for accurate tuning. To get different sounds, play around with the volume, balance, and 3 - band equalizer controls. The 3 - step mid - frequency switch can also add more variety to your tones. Here are some things to keep in mind. Avoid exposing your guitar to extreme temperatures and humidity as this can damage the wood and affect the sound. Also, be careful when handling the guitar to prevent scratches and dents. For maintenance, wipe down the body and fretboard regularly with a soft, dry cloth. You can also use a guitar polish on the body to keep it looking shiny. Check the strings periodically and replace them when they start to sound dull or show signs of wear.
