Product Description

The Player Plus Jazz Bass® V is powered by Player Plus Noiseless Jazz Bass pickups, offering the clear and growling tone that makes Fender basses famous. With a 3 - band active EQ, you can precisely shape your tone and switch between active and passive modes for maximum flexibility. Its neck has a silky satin finish, comfortable rolled edges on a 12” radius maple fingerboard, and a modern “C” back - shape, providing a sleek, fast, and smooth playing experience. The HiMass™ bridge ensures great sustain, resonance, and perfect intonation. Featuring classic Fender style, advanced features, and beautiful new finishes, this bass is ideal for sparking your creativity and standing out.

Using the Player Plus Jazz Bass V is a breeze. First, make sure your strings are properly tuned using the standard open - gear tuning machines. Plug in your bass to an amplifier and use the 3 - band active EQ to shape your tone. You can switch between active and passive modes with the toggle switch for different sounds. When you're done playing, wipe down the body with a soft cloth to keep the gloss polyester finish looking great. Check the strings regularly and replace them when they start to lose their tone. Keep the bass in a suitable case to protect it from scratches and knocks. And don't forget to adjust the intonation using the Fender HiMass™ bridge if the notes seem out of tune.
