Using your Fender CD - 60 guitar is easy. First, take it out of the hardshell case gently. Tune it up using the die - cast tuning machines. The Fender Dura - Tone coated strings give a great sound right away. When you play, let the dreadnought body shape and spruce top with scalloped 'X' - bracing do their magic to produce a balanced tone. As for maintenance, keep the guitar in a dry place. Wipe it down with a soft cloth after each use to keep the gloss polyurethane finish looking good. If you're not using it for a long time, loosen the strings a bit to prevent stress on the neck. And don't forget to change the strings regularly for the best sound quality.
