Product Description

The Fender FA-15 is a ¾-size steel-string acoustic guitar that combines affordability with an eye-catching design. Its quality laminate construction and Fender 3+3 headstock ensure a great sound and easy playability. The nato neck gives it a lively tone, making it perfect for beginners and those looking to improve their skills. Here are the specifications: Body Material - Laminated Agathis (Top), Laminated Sapele (Back and Sides); Body Finish - Satin Polyurethane; Neck Profile - 'C' Shape; Fretboard Material - Walnut; Fretboard Radius - 11.81' (300 mm); Scale Length - 23.3' (592 mm); No. of Frets - 18 Vintage Tall Frets; Fretboard Inlays - White Dot; Bridge - Walnut; Strings - Fender® Dura-Tone® 880L Coated 80/20 (.012-.052 Gauges), PN 0730880303; Tuning Machines - Die-Cast Tuners; Hardware Finish - Chrome; Case - Gig Bag.

Using your Fender FA-15 is a breeze. First, take it out of the gig bag carefully. Sit comfortably and rest the guitar on your thigh. Hold the neck with your left hand (if you're right - handed) and use your fingers to press down on the strings at the frets to form chords. Use your right hand to pluck or strum the strings. When tuning, turn the die - cast tuning machines until you get the right pitch. For beginners, it might be a good idea to use a tuning app on your phone. As for maintenance, keep the guitar in a dry place to prevent the wood from warping. Wipe it down with a soft cloth after each use to remove fingerprints and dirt. Every few months, check the strings. If they start to sound dull or feel rough, it's time to replace them with new Fender® Dura - Tone® 880L Coated 80/20 strings. Also, be careful not to bump the guitar against hard surfaces to avoid damage to the body or hardware.
