Using your Charvel Pro - Mod DK24 HSS Electric Guitar is a breeze. First, tune it up using the locking tuners. The five - way blade pickup switch allows you to choose different pickup combinations for various tones. You can adjust the volume and tone using the Stratocaster® - style skirt knobs. When playing, the comfortable rolled edges on the fingerboard and 24 jumbo frets will give you a great feel. For maintenance, keep your guitar in a dry and stable environment. Wipe it down with a soft cloth after each use to remove sweat and dirt. Check the truss rod adjustment wheel occasionally to ensure the neck is in good shape. When changing strings, use NPS strings with .009 - .042 gauges. Also, be careful when using the Gotoh® Custom 510 tremolo bridge as excessive use can affect the tuning.
