The original maple neck is expertly shaped to exactly match Kato's preferred narrow neck profile. With an alder body, a rosewood fingerboard with a 7.25 - inch radius and round laminate, vintage - style frets, and hand - aged hardware, this model is the epitome of an authentic Fender. Using this Fender guitar is a breeze. First, make sure you're using the Fender® USA 250R Nickel Plated Steel strings that come with it. Tune it up using the Gotoh® Vintage Style tuning machines. You can experiment with the three Custom Shop Hand - Wound '65 Single - Coil Strat® pickups to get different sounds. When it comes to the tremolo bridge, use it gently to add that cool vibrato effect. As for maintenance, keep it in the Deluxe Hardshell Case when not in use to protect it from dust and scratches.
