It comes with a vintage compound-radius fingerboard (7.25”-9.5”) and 21 narrow-tall frets for smooth playing. The master-designed hand-wound Bone Tone pickups provide ample headroom. They use fewer turns of heavy formvar wire, bevelled alnico 2 magnets, and ’54 pickup covers. The five-way switch is connected to “½ blender” wiring, allowing you to blend the neck pickup in positions 1 and 2.
