Step into the era of grunge rock with the Kurt Cobain Jaguar electric guitar. This new-looking guitar pays homage to the battered 1965 Jaguar that Cobain played in the early '90s when Nirvana was at the peak of rock. After the release of the huge 1991 album Nevermind, Cobain found and cherished a modified left-handed Jaguar, and this model captures its essence. It comes with DiMarzio® humbucking pickups, special switching, and exclusive in-case extras. Specifications include a Jaguar® body shape made of Alder with a 3-Tone Sunburst gloss polyurethane finish. The rosewood fretboard has a 9.5' (241 mm) radius, 22 frets, and ivory dot inlays. The pickups are DiMarzio® PAF DP-103 (Neck) and DiMarzio® DP100 Super Distortion® (Bridge). The guitar features a Black Chrome Adjusto-Matic™ Bridge, 4-Ply White Pearloid pickguard, Fender® USA 250R Nickel-Plated Steel strings, Gotoh® Cast/Sealed tuning machines, and nickel/chrome/black chrome hardware finish. Accessories include a hardshell case and an exclusive Fender Kurt Cobain Book with photos by Charles Peterson.

Using this Fender Kurt Cobain Jaguar guitar is easy. First, make sure the strings are properly tuned using the Gotoh® Cast/Sealed tuning machines. Plug in your amplifier and start strumming to get that iconic grunge sound. When you're done playing, put the guitar back in the hardshell case to protect it. For maintenance, wipe the guitar with a clean, dry cloth after each use to keep the gloss finish looking great. Check the strings regularly and replace them when they start to sound dull. Avoid exposing the guitar to extreme temperatures and humidity as this can damage the wood and electronics. The exclusive Fender Kurt Cobain Book is a great resource to learn more about the guitar's history and inspiration.
